Porsche Will Discontinue Diesel Lineup

Porsche has announced that they will not longer built diesel cars, in favor of a clean-energy, sharpening its focus on hybrid and battery-powered vehicles instead, with only the 911 set to retain its internal combustion engine.
 Porsche, which is investing more than 6 billion euros ($7.1 billion) in electric mobility by 2022, said that demand for diesel models was dropping, adding their share of worldwide Porsche cars was 12 percent in 2017. By 2027, nearly every vehicle Porsche makes will be fully electric
